Mucosa-Atrophy | Primary Antigenes | Diet according to Werthmann | What do you have to do when you want to avoid all this Why on earth a diet? The word "diaita" is Greek and corresponds
to the expression "changing of the attitude". Already about
2000 years ago this was a philosophic and cultural direction over centuries
to which famous men as Plutarch or Pythagoras belonged to. They ate
seasonal and local vegetables and fruits. One cared about his appearance
before the meal and one took his time for eating. These are properties
that are lost nowadays in many places. The German translation transforms
"diaita" into a "meal for the sick".
The modern therapeut knows lots of reasons to apply a diet, as for example reneal-, cardial- or light diet. The modern people are mainly and only interested in diets to lose weight. These promise beauty, wellness and fitness. As long as these are kept they might help. Mostly it’s the "crash"diets that do not respect very much the mucuosa and the bacterial layer, that partially increase the blood fat points, that promote and increase an allergic disposition by harming of the mucosa. Already Paracelsus stated that the disease has its origin in the intestine. The human intestinal environment is the origin of many diseases that on first sight don't have anything to do with the intestinal area. During the first nine months the intestinal mucosa is only able to digest milk of the same species - mother's milk -. That's how the mucosa and its defence mechanism are not stressed. The bacterial layer can develop at this age the necessary acidulation flora. Cow's milk has been the cheapest and biggest alimentary source for more than 10000 years and is necessary as foreign milk to raise the young children. The allergies against cow's milk and in second place the ones against hen's egg have been developed and are coded as such in our genetic make-up. Infants sensitive to that sensibilize immediately after they got fed with the traditional baby food, since this consists of cow's milk. More or less severe reactions are the consequence (see illustration 1). The majority of the people has such reactions in a subclinical form, i. e. without any distinctive signs, and are being carried along as "sensitivity" up in one's old age. Not only the mucosa with all its immune functions but also the bacterial layer suffer a lot. The bacterial layer is absolutely necessary for the human being, it maintains the constant power of resistance. If it is disturbed, a dysbacteria is coming into existence. This represents a change of the single interacting bacterial culture as far as quality and quantity. In any case this causes a change in the intestinal environment.with all its consequences. The experienced therapist knows this as candidiasis or dysbiosis (remote disorder from the intestines). Depending on the constitution or the weak organ the damaged intestinal environment can cause different diseases. It's very difficult to treat allergies effectively. You keep reading and hearing that the allergies are generally caused by many different reasons (physicogenic as well as psychogenetic), by a disturbing field and during the first years caused by the intestines. According to WERTHMANN every chronic disease and every allergy have their origin in infancy and childhood, simply because the antigenic substances of cow's milk (babyfood, yoghurt) and hen's egg (various types of sponge cakes and biscuits) are being fed. That does not only show the more than thirty years of experience of the author, but shows also in the scheme of behavior of the human body, just as the famous doctor and homeopathic therapist RECKEWEG discribed it 50 years ago with his "vicariations". One can also observe that in the pediatric office when looking at
the developmental defects of children (see ill. 3). Such changes have
been explained by a large group of therapist and parents as caused
by the age or simply because the children don't do enough sports.
The reason is found in the intestinal mucosa ruined by allergies.
