Primary antigenes

The first foreign proteins of the human life are the lactalbumen from the cow's milk and the ovalbumen from the hen's egg. In rare cases the wheatalbumen happens to appear as antigen before the ovalbumen. These are the so-called primary antigenes. If they are being fed before the ninth month, sensitive people may experience to develop allergies and thereby a mucous atrophy. If once the sensitivitz of the mucosa has developed, the smallest amount of the respective product is enough as trigger. Only if the mucosa is distroyed at an allergic reaction in the intestines, these antigenes can enter the body and cause positive "allergic" reactions (RAST is positive). This means that a negative blood-reaction does not exclude an allergy to the primary antigenes. In addition, the first reactions causes the deepest (best) 'impression' in the immune-memory. This is deepened once more, if a bigger amount of allergens comes to the intestinal mucosa. The infant drinks a daily amount of 500 to 1000 ml of a cow's milk babyfood. More than enough.

How harmful the early consumption of cow's milk and hen's egg can have an effect on later deseases is being discribed by the American pathologist ROBBIUS in his book Pathologic basis of desease (5th edition 1997 (19, pag 14). He talks about the same deseases that have been mentioned in the various illustrations. This discourse shows the preventive character of this diet, since the pathologist gets to see only the secundary effects of a pathologic defence.
